Refund and Returns Policy
At Silver Nest, we understand that your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a transparent and straightforward 7-Day Return Policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.
Customers can return or exchange their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
How to return or exchange a product and avail refund?
To return or exchange our product, you may email us at email@example.com or fill in the Return Request Form within 7 days of delivery. Only products which are unused, unworn, with all its labels completely intact and in original packaging are eligible for return.
Moreover, you must send us a photo/video with the defect being showcased clearly as a proof of damage or incorrect product. Breach of this policy can lead to rejection of return requests. Once confirmed by us, we will initiate the return pick up from Shiprocket and initiate the refund.
To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice.
Please be aware that when initiating a product exchange, one way shipping cost will be borne from you.
What if I need to cancel my order?
After an order has been placed, you may wish to cancel your order within 24 hours. Please fill the Cancellation Request Form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation. After we review the request, we shall cancel your order and issue refund for the same.
Silver Nest reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
