We strive to deliver products purchased from Silver Nest in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
We dispatch products within 48 hours and it usually gets delivered in next 2 to 6 working days.
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following:
- Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
- Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
- Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

Shipping Details
Please note the below following points for your reference:
- We offer free shipping only on orders which are equal or above Rs 500 within INDIA. All the products that we deliver are fully insured by Silver Nest until they reach your doorstep. Rest assured that your purchase is 100% safe.
- For delivery of our products to customers, we have collaborated with the most trusted courier services to dispatch your products.
- Once you get the parcel, we would recommend you to inspect the order once for any tamper or damage before signing the receipt.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Once shipped, your order may take 2-6 days to deliver depending upon your pincode.
- We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 2-6 working days. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it. For customized orders the shipping time can go upto 7 working days.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
- In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within 10 working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
- Currently, we do not accept International Orders.
