Refund and Returns Policy

Customers can return or exchange their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our logistic partners, you will have to self-ship the product(s).

If the product is eligible for a return, you may write to us at contact@silvernest.com or fill in the Return Request Form within 7 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for return only can be returned.

Moreover, you must send us a video with the defect being showcased clearly as a proof of damage or incorrect product. Breach of this policy can lead to rejection of return requests. Once confirmed by us, you may return the product exactly as you received it, unworn, with original packaging. After we have received the returned product and quality checked, we will initiate the refund.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the order placed. Please fill the Cancellation Request Form or email us at contact@silvernest.com to request a cancellation.

Silver Nest reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How does the return/exchange process work?

Once we receive the request for return, we will confirm whether the product is approved for return. If your product is approved for return, then you can ship the product back at the below address within 48 hours of the return request accepted.

To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Kindly reach out to us via E-mail/Mobile and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse.

  • We will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock, you can select another product from our collection.
  • If your product is not eligible for return then it will not be processed further for refund and will be notified.
