It takes us up to 48 hours to dispatch your order once it is confirmed.

Please refuse the delivery of the product and the item will be sent back to us.

Our return policy allows customers to return any products within 7 days after the product has
been delivered for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return can be initiated for the following reasons:

Size or Fitness issue

Did not like the quality/design

Received a damage product

Wrong product received

Note:

  • The product damaged or tarnished due to usage cannot be returned
  • Items must be returned in their original packing.
  • Silver Nest reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
  • No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

Fill in the Return Request Form within 7 days of delivery to request return and refund.

Please attach the product images and a video with the defect being showcased clearly
as a proof of damage or incorrect product.

After Quality check, a reverse pick up will be arranged from our side thereafter.

Reverse pick up takes about 72 hours and once it is done, your refund will be initiated.

Note: It may take 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team
within 7 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on
your preference.

Yes, you can avail COD option while placing an order. The Maximum limit to avail the
COD option will be Rs. 10,000/-

Most of our shipping partners offer to collect COD payment via GPay/PhonePe – so you
can request the delivery person to receive the payment via UPI.

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can
also log into your account on our website to check the status of your order.

No, currently we do not ship to international countries.
